Manila ("we", "us") provides free online tools for working with PDF and document files. The Service is provided for your personal and business use, free of charge.

2. Your files are yours

You keep all rights to the files you use with the Service. We claim no ownership of them. For in-browser tools your files never reach us; for server tools they are processed and then deleted, and we do not use them for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or on files you don't have the right to use.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful.
• Attempt to break, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its servers.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
